Sanctuary Realty is home to 250 unique vacation condominiums that span 4 elevator serviced floors and feature a variety of gorgeous ocean and barrier island views.  Our accommodations are perfect for groups and families of all sizes.  There are even meeting and gathering rooms as well as a commercial kitchen.  All units feature a minimum of 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and our penthouse units offer two levels and as many as 4 bedrooms. 

Accommodations at Sanctuary Realty have fully equipped kitchens.  Specifics vary, but in your condo, you're likely to find a large flat-screen TV, books, games, and movies for that rare rainy day or for quiet evening entertainment.  Many units have cribs, high chairs, and beach equipment and are perfect for families with young children.  Wii's and Playstation 2's in a number of Sanctuary Realty's accommodations provide ideal diversions for Virginia Beach's rare rainy days.  Bunk beds are common in many units in order to maximize sleeping capacity.
