But if you enjoy eating al fresco under the sun or stars, you canÌÎå´ÌÎÌÊt beat garden dining from the patio of Restaurant at the Sunset Marquis.

The Sunset Marquis is honored to introduce Guillaume Burlion as the hotel's Executive Chef. Chef Burlion's illustrious career began in his native France, where he worked with such culinary superstars as Paul Bocuse and Joel Rubuchon in Michelin-starred restaurants including Hotel de Crillon, Le Pre Catalan and the world-renowned Maxim's. He went on to study under some of the greatest culinary masters in Japan, where he sowed the seeds of his signature style: light, fresh Asian flavors prepared with classical French techniques and flair.

Since then, he's run 5-star/5-diamond rated kitchens, garnered more than a fistful of awards for culinary excellence, prepared dinners for presidents, and indulged countless movie idols and rock stars with his unique brand of French fusion.

The Spa at the Sunset Marquis

The Spa at the Sunset Marquis offers spa treatments ranging from a quick nail polish change to full day of luxury spa treatments in your own private treatment room with massage beds, a private shower, and a separate toilet room. Spa guests can also enjoy light dining from the special SPA menu designed by internationally acclaimed Executive Chef Guillaume Burlion, at the private Villa poolside cabanas.

This Hollywood spa features exclusive products by Erbe, herbalists to the Vatican and others in high places, making the entire menu of services special. Call or come in to arrange a custom course of treatments.

Non-residents as well as hotel guests can enjoy treatments at SPA. Let our therapists work with you to design a custom course of treatment to fulfill your individual wishes. Our 1,800 square foot sanctuary encompasses four private treatment rooms and two manicure/pedicure stations. Generous shower rooms (up to five-foot by eight-foot) have cascade rain shower heads. In addition, SPA guests may enjoy a dip or sun themselves at the Villa Pool.
