Dining and Entertainment

When it comes to cuisine— you name it, the Capri Centre serves it.  For quick, fresh sandwich or salad, stop by Joe's Deli.  Cozy up in a plush armchair and listen to live piano music at the Garden Terrace Lounge, which is perfect for a casual meeting during happy hour or later in the evening.  During the summer, this venue opens out onto our poolside patio and grilling area. 

For a sophisticated meal of Canadian country fare, make reservations at Barbero's Restaurant.  Premium Alberta-bred beef and lamb are staples at this establishment, which is features an award-winning wine list and renowned Champagne Brunch. 

After dinner, stroll over to Bellinis, which was voted as Red Deer's Best Nightclub and Best Place to Dance.  Enjoy happy hour specials, watch sports on one of the big screens, shoot some pool or simply groove to the music. 

If you're into country western music, then Capri Centre's got a treat for you.  Billy Bob's Country Music Dance Hall has all the honk-tonk tunes to get you boot-scootin' on the dance floor.  Games, prizes, and giveaways make this the place to be— not to mention the fact that it's also open until 3 AM.

Feeling like trying your luck, Vegas-style?  Why not stop by the VLT Lounge & Gaming Centre for some interactive action.  25 VLTs are equipped with poker, slots, blackjack, and more; and snacks and drinks are available from the lounge's bar.

The Capri Hotel, Trade & Convention Centre sits in the heart of Red Deer's downtown action at 32nd Street and Gaetz Avenue, the city’s main thoroughfare. Midway between Calgary and Edmonton, Red Deer is set in a beautiful river valley along the Alberta Highway 2 corridor.
